His research interests are related to agricultural plant science, agronomy. animal nutrition, plant physiology. crop photosynthesis, plant biology, plant environment. He is the author or co-author of 70 peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus, with an h-index of 9. Seven doctoral theses have been defended under his supervision.
