Since 2020, she has been serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology. Her research expertise includes the influence of air temperature on the winter hardiness, phenological development, yield, and its quality of highbush blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) varieties, possibilities of weed control in the highbush blueberries plantation, the effect of pruning on the growth and development of them; propagation of highbush and lowbush blueberries; pollination; investigating risk-reducing technologies for highbush blueberry cultivation. Her recent studies relate to other plant growing, irigation, the use of fertilizers. She has authored or co-authored peer-reviewed 12 publications indexed in SCOPUS, with an h-index of 4. Under her supervision, two doctoral theses are in development.
