From 2016 to 2019 he worked as a deputy manager in scientific work at the Latvian Plant Protection Research Centre, preparing research projects applications as well as managing and participating various scientific studies on plant protection. Since 2019 research has been carried out in the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, Institute of Plant Protection Research “Agrihorts” on the development and implementation of precise technologies and biological plant protection products. He is the author or co-author of peer-reviewed publications indexed in SCOPUS, with an h-index of 4.
