The tasks of project: To investigate the relationship between the dielectric potential of sex-differentiated spermatozoa and the efficiency of sex-sorting (at different frequencies, in different environments in microflow under computer vision control)To test the sex-sorted sperm within the project in vivo for fertilisation and sex-sorting accuracy by performing artificial insemination of cowsTo test the sex-sorted sperm within the project for in vitro fertilisation of oocytes by fertilising oocytes for embryo cultivation in the laboratoryThe work will be based on dielectrophoresis, but as a control, antibody detection with a flow cytometer will be used to verify the quality of sex-sorting, as well as the results in vivo and in vitro Results In progress
