The tasks of project: Breeding and finding genetically valuable cows for oocyte collection by analyzing the LDC database, as well as evaluating in vivoOocyte collection at the slaughterhouse from cow ovariesOPU from cows in vivoLaboratory workET and offspring registration Results In total: 1326 eggs were obtained (of which 356 were rejected during the initial processing). Eggs from the sanitary slaughterhouse – 664 (38 cows), • Eggs from the regular slaughterhouse - 254 (19 cows). Eggs from cows in the barn - 52 (9 cows). 2 specialists in the OPU and 2 specialists for work in the laboratory have been trained. By that time, 6 calves have been born. An in vitro cultured embryo bank has been created. The rejected 26 embryos have been directed to student training and demonstrations. Publicity.
