He has extensive experience in research and practical agronomy. He worked at the Latvian Rural Advisory and Training Centre. Now he is leader of department “Knowledge and Innovation in Agriculture” at the LPKS LATRAPS. He is an expert in field crop production. He is author of 11 indexed publication with an h-index of 4.
