Description of project

The aim of research
To support the BIOEAST initiative in implementing its Vision for 2030 and transitioning 11 CEE countries to a sustainable circular bioeconomy through stakeholder engagement, policy integration, and macro-regional cooperation.


The tasks of project:

  1. Engage stakeholders and integrate bioeconomy into CEE government agendas
  2. Strengthen macro-regional cooperation in the agri-food sector
  3. Support national bioeconomy strategy development
  4. Advance BIOEAST as a hub for research, innovation, and rural development
  5. Create a framework for sustainable biomass use

Results

Stronger bioeconomy policies and cooperation in CEE. Increased stakeholder engagement and innovation. Improved biomass utilization and circular economy practices.
