Research interests – bacterial analysis of food, feed and environment, antimicrobial resistance of isolated bacteria, antimicrobial activity of biologically active and natural compounds, effects of these compounds on animal gut in vitro and in vivo. She is the author or co-author of 54 peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus, with an h-index of 10. Three doctoral theses have been defended under her supervision.
