The tasks of project: To carry out field trials in oats and rye based on the fungal diversity identified, to identify the most effective alternative pest control measures and to make an economic evaluation of the measuresTo make laboratory trials (rye and oats) for the validation of the hyperspectral camera methodology for the early detection of pathogenic fungi releasing mycotoxinsTo carry out an economic evaluation for alternative control methods on the basis of the results obtained from the trialsTo investigate the diversity of pathogenic fungi in oat and rye crops, with particular emphasis on organic production systems Results 1.
