She has acquired theoretical and practical knowledge in the chemical laboratory of the Department of Chemistry of LUA. In 2020-2023, she was an expert of Latvian Council of Science, topic "Other engineering and technologies including food and beverages". Her research interests include: study of physical properties and biochemical composition of plants, fruits, vegetables and honey; weed control; apply methods of monitoring and research of the main species of field weeds. She is the author or co-author of 19 peer-reviewed publications indexed in SCOPUS, with an h-index of 6.
