During the PhD studies participated in a number of a research projects on renewable energy sources in the agricultural sector. afterwards has experience at work in an energy company. Since 2019, started working at the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies Institute of Plant Protection Research “Agrihorts”, focusing on project management and research carried out by the institute, using past experience in data processing, project planning, project methodology development and financial planning. She is actively involved in various international working groups and projects on the basic resources of the bioeconomy – land, soil, water – to ensure sustainable use and reduce environmental pollution and has a special interest in using the precise technologies. She is the author or co-author of peer-reviewed publications indexed in SCOPUS, with an h-index of 3.
